In the wake of the incident, transit services were affected, leading to rerouted Bronx-bound B and D trains on the express track from 167th Street to Tremont Avenue. The young man was found with several injuries and was also taken to Lincoln Hospital, where he remains under observation and is reported to be in stable condition.
