New York City is set to host the inaugural Business Travel Show America on October 15-16, 2025, at the renowned Javits Center. This premier event is organized by the BTN Group and aims to showcase the latest advancements in corporate travel management while providing a platform for innovation through its signature Business Travel Innovation Faceoff.
The Business Travel Show America builds on the success of similar shows held in Europe and Asia Pacific, reinforcing its position as North America’s leading gathering for corporate travel professionals. The event is expected to attract a diverse range of attendees, including travel managers, executive assistants, and other key decision-makers involved in corporate travel arrangements.
At the core of the event is the Business Travel Innovation Faceoff, where 12 pioneering companies will compete to present innovative solutions in areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), expense management, and hotel logistics. With a total of 74 companies shortlisted, each competitor will have just 7 minutes to demonstrate how their solutions address major challenges faced by the corporate travel sector. The presentations will not only highlight cutting-edge technology but also emphasize practical applications that enhance the travel experience.
Attendees will engage in the voting process for the People’s Choice Award, while a panel of expert judges will select another winner. The judges hail from influential firms such as Microsoft, United Talent Agency, and Results Plus Consulting. The awards ceremony will take place on October 16th from 2:25 PM to 3:00 PM at the Knowledge Arena within the venue.
To encourage participation, the Business Travel Show America offers complimentary registration for valid travel buyers, managers, and executive assistants responsible for travel arrangements.
