The leasing office is now open, with prices starting from $3,300 for studios.
Weehawken, NJ – Hartz Mountain Industries has announced the unveiling of The Reserve at Estuary, a new luxury rental development located at 1525 Harbor Blvd. This high-end residential project will feature 218 residences and is situated on the last remaining waterfront site within the 60-acre Lincoln Harbor neighborhood.
The development embodies a contemporary urban lifestyle, prioritizing access to dining, transportation, and various amenities. Following the success of their previous project, Hoboken Point, Hartz Mountain Industries aims to replicate that achievement with this new venture.
The Reserve at Estuary is designed as a seven-story building that spans an entire city block. Its architectural inspiration draws from the area’s industrial past, featuring a facade made of expansive glass and dark iron spot brick. Residents can expect a dramatic lobby complete with an elegant chandelier, showcasing the luxurious nature of the development.
The property will offer a variety of residence options, including studios to two-bedroom-plus-den homes. These units are designed with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, ensuring ample natural light.
